I have ordered shahi paneer alongwith 20 butter chapatis through Swiggy on 29/01/2025 but the quality of the food that was delivered was exceedingly disappointing. The items arrived in a state that was far from acceptable, lacking both freshness and flavor. It was evident that the preparation and handling of the food did not meet the expected standards, leading to an overall unsatisfactory dining experience. It is also pertinent fact that restaurant shows me 40 mins time for delivery on Swiggy app to my location but the restaurant has handed over the food on about after 1 hour to delivery partner. The service regarding food preparation and handed over the food to delivery partner is very awkward. My guest was also disappointed with me in this regard. Aakthoo, Sabhi 4-5 star reviews fake hain.
