I had a bad experience with them recently.The cake was delivered in wrong shape. I have ordered 2kgs butterscotch cake for my baby girl's birthday.They took nearly 40 mints to take the order. Each and every query they call someone and then answer. Even after making multiple calls the order wasn't taken properly. I showed them very simple round shape cake design for that they asked nearly 300rs extra so I asked their default butterscotch cake design, they didn't have any images in mobile but showed an image from their catalogue which was in round shape and I confirmed the order for that shape and design but I received a square shape cake with different design and colour. I was totally disappointed and I went there to enquire about this, they said will call back after discussing with their superior but never called me. I called them after few days and didn't get proper responce. Very worst customer service. Their staffs are not well trained or well educated about their own products. They can ruin our big day with miscommunication among them. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
