Disappointing Experience at Aazhi Seafood, Chrompet Branch I'm shocked and disappointed by the abysmal service at Aazhi, a renowned establishment with reviews that now seem dubious. My experience was: Longest Waiting Times - 20 minutes in the waiting area before being seated - 15 minutes for an attendant to take my order - 45 minutes to receive the first dish out of 3 ordered - Each dish arrived at 20-40 minute intervals - Main course never arrived, even after 75 minutes of waiting Poor Service - No one attended to pouring water - Severe lack of wait staff (2 waiters for 17 tables) - No uniforms worn by waiters, indicating a lack of professionalism Menu Options Not Available - Many options listed on the menu were unavailable on a peak Sunday (15-Jun-25, 15:00 IST) Disorganization and Lack of Responsibility - The restaurant's inability to manage orders and provide timely service was evident Food : Not so great, foul smelling of sea food lack of cleaning. Given the poor experience, I cancelled my main course and paid for what I had consumed. It's disheartening to see a well-known restaurant struggle with basic service standards. *Rating:* 0.5/5 *Recommendation:* The management urgently needs to revisit staffing, service protocols, and menu management. On April 13, 2025, we went to get takeaway for few non-veg side dishes and we ordered Chilly Garlic chicken, tiger prawns fry, nethili fry and squid. None of them tasted good. Chilli Garlic Prawn - was so watery and only very few chicken pieces were there. Tiger Prawns Fry - It was not a tiger prawns. Just a regular prawn. They charge it around 250 and they gave only 5-6 that too very small prawns Nethili fry and squid was very below average and the quantity also very less. The price to quantity and quality ratio is very bad. Price is too high for the quality and quantity they provide for each dish. None of the dishes were enjoyable to eat. Worst experience in Aazhi seafood Restaurant. First of all the service is very poor and the food without hot, it was informed to the supplier but no response, over all below poor totally waste restaurant, anybody never go to this restaurant
