Visited Aavi Restaurant, Vaikom on 19/10/2025 around 8 PM, and it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had here. The staff’s service was extremely poor. We had to wait nearly 45 minutes just to get our food in the AC cabin. We specifically ordered Peri Peri Alfaham, but they served the normal version instead, showing a complete lack of attention and care. When we pointed it out, the staff seemed unconcerned and unprofessional. What’s worse is that the AC section used to have good service earlier, but now it has gone downhill drastically. Clearly, management is not maintaining the same standards anymore. Very disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the time or money. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: ₹800–1,000
