I had a very disappointing experience at this property. The room was not properly maintained — even the phone in the room was not working. Found a spider in the washroom which clearly shows lack of hygiene and regular cleaning. There was no tea service available till 8 AM which is very inconvenient for guests. The staff did not seem trained and overall service was quite poor. Expected better hospitality.

'Pathetic Stay – Worst Hotel Experience Ever” Pathetic experience at Aarya Grand Hotels & Resorts. This place is built on fake pictures and zero maintenance. 1. We were dumped in a 4th floor room while the lift was dead. Staff kept lying it would be fixed "in a few hours" — never happened. 2. TV didn’t work. Shower knobs broken. Flush ran all night wasting water. 3. Wi-Fi? Only in the reception lobby. Agoda shows it as available in rooms — complete misrepresentation. 4. Staff was careless, unresponsive, and acted as if they were doing us a favor by even listening. I called several times on 555 the restaurant number but no one bothered to pick up. The property looks big and green in photos, but in reality it’s neglected, dirty, and mismanaged. I wasted my money and peace of mind here. Worst hospitality experience I’ve ever had — would never recommend this place to anyone. Service: 1
