It is the greatest place near Science Exhibition Center. Mughlai food is nice here. That's a good idea to order tasty fried chicken and perfectly cooked kacamak.

I went to this place by driving at around 12 km, but this place was closed. Before leaving I checked the internet for the timings of the hotel and also checked by dialling the contact number but it was switched off. Anyways I will try next time.

After a very long search for an alternative place to have some delicious authentic maharashtrian non-vegetarian food, we came across Hotel Aaram Kolhapur. This place is located in Pimpri chowk in one of the bylanes. Not much difficult to locate. Roadside two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking available. We, a group of six visited Aaram Kolhapur o It is a small single shop outlet with a few tables on a weekday, friday afternoon for lunch. There place was empty and remained that way the whole time we were there. The ambience is very average. No efforts have been taken in this department. Aaram Kolhapur specializes in serving a wide range of Maharashtrian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. We tried ordering a number of different thalis, but were informed that only chiken fry thali is avaiable. Hence, reluctantly we all ordered chiken fry thali. The chiken fry thali itself was a mixed bag. It consisted of, chiken fry with thick gravy, egg curry, tambda rassa, pandhra rassa chapati/bhakri and jeera rice. While the chiken gravy and egg curry we lipsmacking, the cook on the chiken itself was pretty average. The chapatis, bhakris and jeera rice was good. Tambda rassa and pandhra rassa were average. The service was very slow It took them more than 40 mins to serve us food, despite we being their only customers. Also, while the place is named Aaram Kolhapur, the chiken gravy itself was on the sweet side. The quality of food was average. Good quantity. Very light on your pocket. Overall, a very average experience for me.
