I ordered Peanut Masala and Cheese from this restaurant, but what I received was just onions and tomatoes with barely 6-7 peanuts. This is nowhere close to what was expected! I raised a complaint with Zomato, and even they agreed that this was a wrong delivery. They contacted the restaurant, but instead of resolving the issue, the staff showed arrogance, claiming, “We have prepared it just like Haldiram.” I personally reached out to them, and their response was even worse—they casually said, “Review to dekh le, humein kya farak padta hai.” This attitude, combined with the poor quality of food, made the experience even more frustrating. We wasted our money on this substandard food and unprofessional service. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food and good customer service. **Very Disappointing Experience at Aapkii Rasoee**I had high hopes when I ordered the Malai Chaap from Aapkii Rasoee, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. To my shock, I found a hair in my food. This is completely unacceptable and speaks volumes about the restaurant’s attention to hygiene and quality control. The dish itself might have tasted good, but the discovery of the hair made it impossible to enjoy. It’s frustrating when a simple meal is ruined by something so avoidable. I won’t be returning anytime soon and would advise others to be cautious when dining here. Food hygiene is essential, and this experience left me seriously disappointed.
