We ordered Veg Manchow Soup and Dum Biryani. The soup was just okay, nothing special. The biryani was quite disappointing – the rice tasted too thick and lacked flavour. The quantity was very less, not even enough for two people. On top of that, the prices were high for such small portions. Not worth it at all.

Follow-up review!!! A Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place! This place has gone from bad to worse, and I can no longer recommend it to anyone looking for quality food or service. My recent visit was nothing short of a disaster. We stopped here for lunch today as we were with a child and couldn’t travel further. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a big mistake. The service was appalling, and the food quality left much to be desired. Here’s what went wrong: 1. Masala Papad – The toppings of onion and tomato were only placed in the center, leaving most of the papad bare. When we brought it up, the server casually brought a bowl of onions and tomatoes, unapologetically asking us to add them ourselves. 2. Egg Fried Rice – It was served in a bowl, but no plates were provided until we specifically asked for them. 3. Mushroom Tikka Masala – Overly spicy to the point of being inedible. 4. Butter Chicken – Mediocre at best, nothing like the rich and flavorful dish one would expect. The drinks we ordered (fresh lime juice and soda) were barely passable. To make matters worse, the staff seemed indifferent to customer feedback. Their attitude screamed negligence, and it’s clear they are more focused on operating as a bar rather than a restaurant. Save your hard-earned money and your peace of mind—this place isn’t worth it. There are far better dining options available. You should go to this place only if you can't find anywhere else to eat and also if you have a lot of time in hand...like really A LOT of time!!! What we ordered: We ordered some chass, fried masala papad, a boneless chicken gravy, tawa fried surmai (fish), jeera rice & dal tadka... The chass was ok...the masala papad was good as usual... At first when we got our order it turned out to be chicken gravy with bone and the captain who took our order refused to acknowledge that he messed up...it was only after his manager got involved, we got to know he had joined just a few months ago and messed up with our order. Although they replaced our order with a boneless chicken gravy, the other dishes we had ordered(the rice, the naan and the dal tadka) had become cold by the time we got the boneless chicken gravy and our whole eating experience was ruined... The dal tadka and the jeera rice was really good and probably the only thing we enjoyed while dinning at Aangan Dhaba... Final verdict: The service is ok, the service is moderate and the overall experience is a little below average...You wouldn't really miss much if you ditch this place!!!
