Dear Team Aami Bangali, I don't know whether my review matters or not but still being a Very Very Regular Customer of your Nagerbazar Outlet, I am writing this review.. We visit your Nagerbazar Outlet almost every month, and this time our experience was horrible, First of all the entire team of the outlet has been changed, secondly the quality of the food has been deteriorated, we had ordered, one Fish Kabiraji, One Mutton Kasa and One Chicken Thali, apart from the chicken thali rest everything was below average, to our surprise even the mutton was half cooked, we were not even able to have the food properly. Yes the team had offer us a replacement of the dish but we didn't wanted to make our experience even worse. As usual I had reserved my table through Swiggy Dineout, but When we asked for the bill and we tried to make the payment via Swiggy the team said they don't accept the payment via Swiggy, however Upon giving them the logic if the payment is not acceptable then the Outlet should not listed in the dineout, they then finnally accepted the payment. Dear Team Aami Bangali as a regular customer, I expect a better experience at your outlet. Attaching the half cooked dish pic for your reference. Thanks

Their food is not good at all. Also, they have denied taking payment through walk-in in Swiggy dineout. They directly told if I have to make payment through Swiggy dineout, I have to have a booking. I have never faced this kind of situation yet in any restaurant.

Located opposite Diamond Plaza, this cozy spot (20–25 seaters) serves a variety of authentic Bengali dishes. We tried Bhetki fish fry, Gondhoraj chicken fry, boneless Lebu Lonka Murgi, Mutton Kosa, and Kachupata Chingri—all were fresh, flavorful, and well-cooked. Service was decent, and the bill stayed within budget. Highly recommended for a casual Bengali food experience.
