I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hotel Amantran and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The decor was tasteful and elegant, with a touch of coastal charm that set the tone for a fantastic meal. Our server,was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. We started with Prawn fry , Crabs lollipop. Each piece was expertly prepared and presented, and the variety was impressive. For my main course, I opted for the , 3in 1 Surmai Thali which was cooked to perfection. The fish was moist, flavorful, and had a nice char on the outside. My companion's seafood paella was also a hit, loaded with shrimp, Crab , Pomfret. The flavors were rich and savory, and the portion was generous. Throughout the meal, the service was top-notch. Our server checked in regularly, refilled our drinks, and made sure we had everything we needed. What really impressed me, however, was the quality and freshness of the seafood. It's clear that the restaurant takes pride in sourcing the best ingredients and preparing them with care. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the generous portions and high quality of the food. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Amantran to anyone looking for a exceptional seafood experience. The atmosphere, service, and food all come together to create a truly memorable meal.
