It’s been a favourite place for us since we discovered the food and the atmosphere. Now that they have shifted to the food court, it’s just not the same anymore: there’s screaming kids in the background, there’s aroma from other (more strong) restaurants blocking out the subtle Japanese cuisine. You also have to walk through a huge crowd at the food court to get to the restaurant now. It’s lost the charm we felt, the food is still good but we also noticed small changes there. It’s not a “restaurant” ambiance anymore if you have to sit in the middle of a busy food court in a mall to eat. It doesn’t make sense to pay the price for a complete experience anymore if it’s what I’m getting. Sorry but feels like breaking up with a loved friend. I won’t be back to the food court.

We got the most rotten food this afternoon. I’m enclosing the bill for review. We know what Japanese food is about… the food was so stale and it was for my old parents who love Japanese cuisine.
