Extremely disappointing experience. The pani puri was just average – nothing special. But what truly ruined the visit was the rude and arrogant behaviour of the lady serving it. Basic courtesy was completely missing. On top of that, they have a ridiculous policy of not giving even a single dry puri after a plate of pani puri – something that’s considered normal everywhere else. For the price she's charging, the quantity and attitude both fall way short. Definitely not worth it. There are far better options out there. Won’t be visiting again, and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone either.

Great experience every time we visited... Even though ajji is not active these days due to her health, the taste and quality haven't changed, the dynasty is carried forward by her daughter in law...
