The owner is incredibly rude and dismissive towards customers. When I politely expressed my disappointment with the food, they became confrontational and unapologetic. The misal pav itself was the worst; it was flavourless and unappetizing. The combination of terrible food and unacceptable customer service makes me hesitant to recommend this place to anyone. Aai Saheb restaurant is located on the outskirts of Nashik city on Trimbakeshwar road nearly 2-3 km from Mahindra Circle. One can find authentic misal and grape themed ambience and seating arrangements in this place. Food is decent enough however I have had better tastes of misal in several other locations. In terms of ambience I would give full marks to their creative thinking and decoration ideas. Also I would recommend to keep tea in their menu as that was missing and disappointed me because that is the most craved item in this monsoon.
