I went with my family during the durga puja weekend. It's understandable that it was a festive weekend and they were under staffed but even so the experience was terrible. They took half an hour to serve the food and don't even ask about the plates. The plates literally had a layer of dust over them, the glasses were not cleaned and the biggest problem was that they totally forgot about the water bottle that we asked from them like 10 times. It was really a bad experience. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
