I placed order the previous day for 1pm...but order arrived at 3pm...when asked the same the reply was delivery guy was late... The order was delivered by dunzo and the delivery guy kept the order packet on his bike without even putting it in any insulated bag to cover it from the choking sun. .. The curd they sent was spoiled and spilled... I ordered family pack biryani for which the salana given was only 2 table spoons... The biryani taste is very bland no gravy no spice it was like ghee rice with 2 chiken pieces which had no mirchi Or salt... None of the items ordered were hot... Also I placed order for fish tikka as well... When I called the owner for order update at 1:30pm he says fish tikka takes 30 more minutes... He was least bothered to inform me unless I called him... I suppose they only concentrate on celebrity orders and bhills jubileehills orders rest all they send only tasteless food... And the owner is very very very negligent in answering to the customers... This is my first and last order from this so called showoff restaurant...worst experience...

Hyderabadi Food is prominent in the world but in Hyderabad there are a very few authentic restaurants that offers a high-quality Hyderabadi Mughlai food considering the taste and the health and a customer’s digestion capacity.In my experience, Adaab Express is undoubtedly a place that serves hygienic and a fabulous high quality food that very well satisfies the craving for Hyderabadi Mazaydaar Khaaana :-). I am giving a 5-star rating to the food.
