Lovely experience at Aur Coffee ! The coffee was amazing and freshly brewed. Special thanks to the lady staff – she was very polite, welcoming, and helpful with suggestions based on my preferences. Her warm service made the visit even better. Great vibes, quick service, and a peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely visit again! I wish I could give zero stars to this place. I visited today at 4:30 PM IST, hoping to enjoy a simple iced Americano. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The young lady at the counter seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. She came across as extremely lazy and unmotivated, showing no intention of doing business properly. When I handed her ₹200 for a drink, she told me she couldn't sell it because she didn’t have change. Instead of finding a solution or even trying, she simply turned us away. That kind of attitude is unacceptable in any customer-facing role. It’s no surprise the place was empty. With service like that, it’s hard to imagine anyone wanting to return. We ended up going to another café nearby where we were welcomed properly. The owner seriously needs to look into how this business is being run. Terrible service, and clearly no accountability from staff. Service: 1
