We ordered Open Medium Hamper and were very disappointed. The size and contents inside did not match our expectations at all. For the price charged, we felt cheated.
Had an absolutely horrid home delivery experience. I ordered through whatsapp (everything is on the record). Order was confirmed and was sent the wrong items. When I told them, they first tried to convince me that this is what I ordered - I then sent the screenshots of our chat. Then they said that there is nothing else available (ma’am these are the only four mithai we have) - to which I asked why I wasn’t informed earlier (I wouldn’t have ordered then!). I wasn’t offered any remedy. Not even an apology. Horrid experience.
Went to Emporio at your outlet. The lady cannot add two of the same item ( meethi matthi) to the box of four?? She wanted a surcharge which was more than the cost of an individual compartment?? The cost for 4 was 1400/- and customisations cost another 450/-??Found it extremely difficult to decide four options.You lost the sale and goodwill Plz rectify
