Absolutely pathetic experience. The food was downright disappointing—bland, poorly executed, and not worth even a fraction of the price they’re charging. For such expensive dishes, you’d at least expect decent taste, but this was nowhere close.It honestly feels like you’re just paying for the place, not the food. Completely overpriced and a total letdown. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ambience is good. Menu is extended too. The service staff (waiters) are very untrained. Most of the order they took was wrong (eg brining steam rice instead of sticky rice, asking them to provide drinks menu and they are returing with it in 15 min). Poor service spoiled all our experience.

Arowana is our favourite destination for Chinese and Japanese food in Gurgaon. They serve the best Ebi Tempura Sushi and the chili chicken is fantastic. Everything we have ordered there from cheese dumplings to main course and especially their sushi is top notch. The service is fantastic. The restaurant is beautiful, clean and has a good ambience. for sure must visit! you will keep going again ana again.
