The location is convenient and easily accessible, which is a plus. However, there is no room service or elevator available. The rooms are poorly maintained, and the condition of the bathrooms is even worse. Given the price they are charging, we expected much better quality and service, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Service: 2
