Saravana bhavan is one of the best choice for veg varieties, but for this branch the quality of food and service is avarage. The Restaurant having plenty of parking space, AC and non AC options available, Kerala rice available. On the Peak times, especially sabrimala season time, it's full of rush and crowded also needs to wait more time to find a table and the service is too slow. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Recommendation for vegetarians: Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian, Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: I prefer, better to go another saravana bhavan because in this branch the quality of food and service is avarage. Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Kid-friendliness: On the Peak times, especially sabrimala season time it's full of rush and crowded, so it's kids friendly on these times. Hello

We had good experience in Sarvana abhavan in Various places in India.

But had very very bad experience in your pala Branch Kerala.We were a group of 54 pilgrims visited on 21st morning for Breakfast.

First saying time constraint they were forcing us to have only Idli and Othappam ,Finally they agreed to serve masala dosa, that also in paper plates . On receipt after a long time in the masala dosa we found the potatoes were not properly cooked,and with only Sambar . On asking for chutney they told us it was over .

When we came down we saw other customers were served with 2 -3 type of chutney, we felt cheated . We had informed the bad experience at reception, called the manager he didn’t pick our call.
The server was rude and impolite and behaved in a negative way to our request.

Overall it was a very bad experience for me and others swamy with me.
