They’ll keep you waiting endlessly. They say “just 5 minutes,” but you’ll still be standing there after 20. Very frustrating. For home delivery, sometimes they charge extra, sometimes they don’t — and when you ask why, there’s no clear answer. No consistency, no work ethic, and the hygiene is questionable.
