The experience was good but the dorms needs to be more well maintained the fan was not working , there was no lock in bathroom, fridge was not working and AC was also very slow overall we had to complain and it was nice of them to replace our booking to suit room after that overall the helpers where nice enough to listen our requests. At the end i felt like they kind of got irritated with us and wanted us gone which i didn’t liked else the stay, location and food was good. Service: 4
