Dear Andhra Rice Bowl Team, I’ve been a regular customer, frequently ordering from your outlet as it’s budget-friendly and conveniently located. However, over time, I’ve noticed a drop in food quality, especially in the combo packs. Recently, the chicken curry in the combo seems to be from the previous day — it’s cold, lacks freshness, and clearly fridge-stored. The curd rice also tastes refrigerated and not freshly made. Even today’s chips were soggy and not crispy, which clearly shows they weren’t freshly prepared. Only the sambar rice was hot and eatable. I really want to ask — why compromise on food freshness just to offer combo discounts? Please don’t send stored food items. It’s better to charge the right price and maintain quality. Businesses grow with trust and quality, not by misleading combos. Please take this feedback seriously — customers like me genuinely wish to continue ordering if the quality improves. Thank you.
