I had purchased a cake from your store, but unfortunately, it was not fresh and tasted bad. This is the second time I’ve had this kind of experience. There seems to be no consistency in quality, which is quite disappointing for a customer. I request you to please pay more attention to the freshness and quality of your products, otherwise, it will be difficult to trust your brand again.
