Very nice place with live music. The choice and mix of songs were good. It was Bollywood songs with a mix of very old songs and switching easily to newer. A very young talented singer Akash Sharma does the show here. The Food and service need to improve. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Recommended dishes: Pizza

We came here after making reservations on Google where it redirected us to the booking partner 'Magicpin' (see attached). Once the booking was made, we received a WhatsApp message from MagicPin for a reservation with Ammata (which, we later came to know, was apparently the previous name of this restaurant). When we arrived at the location and were searching for "Ammata", we were told by *Ametrine24* managers who were at the main entrance that only the restaurant's name has changed and that we could sit using the same booking/reservation from MagicPin , as that is valid. Upon getting a seat, we double checked with a waiter about the name change and he also confirmed the same. We ordered our food and beverage with the idea that our reservation with MagicPin was valid and that we would receive the discount as mentioned in the WhatsApp text. Now, when the time came to pay the bill, the waiter told us that our booking (through MagicPin) was suddenly invalid because it was under the name "Ammata" which was under a different management and thus, the discount would also be invalid. When we pointed out that we had clarified this exact thing at the time of entry to this restaurant, the waiter was puzzled and went on to bring his manager into this conversation. What started from there was a huge ORDEAL of us explaining to "Different" managers each time that we had confirmed our reservation at the time of entry and were expecting the Discount thus mentioned. Not only were there too many "managers" whom we had to explain our stance again and again but also most of them were very ARROGANT and DISMISSIVE. After much discussion and the "managers" clicking repeated pictures of the confirmation message sent from MagicPin, we were told that the management has changed and that it's not their problem that the booking was confirmed!! It felt like a rude blow as we felt we had been DUPED and were being treated ridiculously. We weren't trying to salvage the money but the restaurant didn't stand on any professional ideology whatsoever!! Afterall, if there had been a name change, wasn't it the restaurant's prerogative to sort that out with their booking partners and update the details on Google?? Moreover if the management said that Ammata is closed, how is it that they are still taking reservations under that name ?!! The restaurant management reached the height of MALPRACTICE when, after a lot of discussion, when we were about to pay the bill (without the discount from MagicPin) and we indicated to pay via a *Paytm QR code* which the restaurant had kept on EVERY table, they refused saying that they *"don't receive any money"* if any customer pays using that QR code!! This was baffling and we failed to understand why they had kept a code on every table (see image attached) which doesn't render them any payment!! What were these Restaurant people trying to hide or were they just taking us for a ride?!! It is not about the 15% or 20% discount that we are writing today, but it is about the absolutely ridiculous behaviour of the team. There is NO CLEAR MANAGEMENT, none of the staff is aware of the discount rules or even about the running offers. Every time a new person comes to converse and one has to repeat the entire story from the start. And to what end? None of these so-called "managers" could resolve anything or give us any concrete reason why the booking from MagicPin stood invalid, why were NOT given any discounts, and why (most importantly) were we treated as poorly as we were?!! We had billed for a considerable amount and to be treated so miserably just shows how INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL these restaurant folks are!! The restaurant, *Ametrine24* is located at a prime location in _Veera Desai_ and is running empty on a Saturday night, well, it's no surprise!!
