I had a very disappointing experience at [STAR BRIYANI KOVILAMBAKKAM]. I ordered biryani and was shocked to find a hair in the food. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. I immediately lost my appetite and couldn't continue the meal. Food safety should be a top priority for any restaurant, and this experience has made me very hesitant to return or recommend this place to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their hygiene standards to prevent such incidents in the future. Manager should check the food before serving. 2nd time we faced spoiled brinjal . Informed waiters and they changed new brinjal. Manager should take responsibility to check foods for every hr . Only this branch we faced spoiled food. Ensure single branch should not damage star biryani brand . Dinner date - 23-05-2025

Hi guy's it's really very bad experience with this Ambur Star Biryani. I ordered butter kulcha and Kadhai chicken masal. They served a late response and were too oily. Given a complaint to the waiter but no response and they are laughing, it's ridiculous. Too worst service and food is completely unhygienic. Uploaded one short video. Request you to not to visit again especially at this branch. If rating will below than zero it will be great Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Nothing it's really the worst experience Dietary restrictions: Reduce adding more oil and make it quick service. Inform the staff to cooperate with customers. I do not recommend anyone to visit and to take anything
