A&M erode collectorate become very lethargic these days. I asked for schezwan chicken fried rice parcel, and they gave me something like gilma biryani. No its exactly gilma briyani only. After tasting only got to know it's exactly briyani suated rice with sauce and egg. Very worst, also I thought how he gave it very fast, I should've checked there itself. I would suggest if customer anyone buying for takeaway kindly check what food they parceled before paying for it. I can't say that this is due to order mismatched or replaced, becase at that time no other customers were there. Name of A&M spoiling day by day. I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant, and I strongly recommend avoiding it if you want to enjoy good food and proper service. The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful. I simply asked one of the staff members for handwash, and instead of assisting me politely, he rudely said, “Go and ask at the cash counter, I won’t speak with them.” When I replied that it’s his job to help customers, he arrogantly said, “If you want, you go.” This kind of attitude is unacceptable in the service industry. If the staff are not willing to do their job properly, then what’s the point of keeping them there? Coming to the food, it was a huge disappointment. I ordered biryani, but what I received tasted more like tomato rice. The meat was not cooked properly, and there was a strong raw smell coming from the chicken pieces. It was almost inedible, and I couldn’t finish the meal. The quality of food does not match the price at all, and there seems to be no concern for hygiene or taste. Parking is another big issue here. There is hardly any proper space to park vehicles, making it very inconvenient For a restaurant that expects people to dine in, basic facilities like parking should be provided. Overall, this place fails in every aspect from food quality and service to customer experience. I would strongly suggest avoiding this restaurant and choosing another spot where you can actually enjoy your food and be treated with respect.
