1. They have a hole right next to the spot lights in the room through which the room can be seen clearly. Not at all acceptable. 2. Rooms are having STAINS ALL OVER. door to door & wall to wall. 3. Didn't provided us dental kit which was available. Literally had to call twice for it. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5
