I always used to go Albaik ottapalam. the owners are really good and well but i have realised the service is very bad. because of the food giver did not provide plates, water unless we asked which is destroying the Albaik future. whenever the owner is there, the food giver can provide the plates, water, etc without asking but if they are not inside the restaurant the food giver is playing games and didn't provide necessary things. Hope the management could understand.

The bestest fried chicken in town and premium quality shakes....loaded fries is tooo tasty... Ambience was really good seating , interior..overall very good.. i like it.. parking area is also there
