Konnichiwa,
As a big fan of anime, I always watch food preparations in anime with curiosity. And I want always to have a ball of authentic ramen.

I visited this place with no idea. I was welcome with a man who bowed and said Konnichiwa.
I was so happy and ordered one of the expensive ramen (not remember the name).

More the taste and ambiance, the humble staffs made me give 5 stars for this restaurant.

My initial chopstick holding class had happened here from one of the fellow staff.

"Courteous Staff, Friendly Staff, Decor, Cozy Ambience" is what Zomato said and what I experienced was almost the opposite of all that. The place looks nothing like the pictures show, which I presume were taken while the restaurant opened. The place wasn't very clean and there was no air conditioning. Talking about the service, there aren't any designated waiters. The chefs who multitask as waiters are hard to get hold of (I don't blame them though) and you end up waving and calling out for them for at least 5 mins before they show up. I felt that the South Indian cuisine which is served outside had better service. The taste of both local and Japanese dishes were decent. Overall, it is certainly not a Japanese restaurant as mentioned. It is nothing but a fast food outlet with indoor seating if you choose to order some Japanese food too.

The search for the taste of delicious ramen finally paid off in Aki Bay, the favourite one being the miso ramen. The blend of the flavours was awesome and it just explodes in your mouth making you carve for more. So folks in search of some good ramen please do drop by here !
