"Honestly, I don’t know what the hype is about this place. The food was awful – flavorless and bland. It took forever to get our order, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t what we asked for. The staff was rude, and it felt like they couldn’t care less. A total waste of time and money." "Had to give this place a try, but I won't be back. The service was horrendous; it took way too long for someone to acknowledge us.For what they charge, you’re much better off eating anywhere else."

AJ Cafe and Restaurant in Jeypore is a great spot for tasty and affordable meals. The food here is delicious, and their AJ Special Veg Biryani is a must-try for its unique flavor and perfect seasoning. The pricing is very budget-friendly, making it an excellent choice for both small and large groups. The restaurant’s ambiance is welcoming, and the service is generally prompt. However, I did encounter an issue during my visit. I requested a takeaway of 9 chapatis and various curries for a friend’s train journey, but only 4 chapatis were packed for 6 people. It’s unclear whether this was an oversight or intentional, but it did create inconvenience. While the food quality is commendable, I hope the management pays closer attention to such details in the future.
