Today went to RHR opposite to Coimbatore Railway Station, due to heavy muhurtham there is good rush and I took a table and sat and waited for placing order for my breakfast. But even after 15 minutes nobody turned up and evrryone busy in other tables to serve. I asked billing person about this he told the supplier will come but nobody came. I can understand the situation but for a courtesy the people of RHR Hotel is not responded. Again told to cashier about this and he simply told to give complaint with the manager in a irresponsible way. Everyone told the hotel is good and in a fraction of seconds it is destroyed by the behaviour of staffs. We are ready to wait to take our food but when we are telling about the long time waiting the hotel management should take some action or to give some possitive reply.
