Based on the reviews, it is safe to say that Aibaik restaurant in Madurai is not a great place to eat. Most customers have complained about the quality and taste of the food, with many of them saying that their orders were incomplete or incorrect. The shawarma and grilled chicken dishes have been particularly criticised for being dry and tasteless, as well as having too little filling. Other issues included late delivery, hard and burnt roti, and poor packaging. All in all, it is better to avoid Aibaik if you want a good meal.

Food Taste - 4 Food Quantity -3 Food Price - 2.5 (Expensive compared to quantity) Atmosphere - 4.5 Service - 3 Parking - 5 Located at quiet place inside ram nagar Residential area with the dedicated parking space. Total pax - 2 adults + 4 childrens Went for dinner and found the ambience is good and maintained nicely. Some of the items mentioned in the menu but not available, especially Briyani and Tikka items, etc., looking at the menu (attached) the minimum price for any dish is above 250/-, but the quantity is compromised . Refer photos and decide. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We recently dined at aibaik and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, there was a significant issue with our order. We ordered one full BBQ, but were served two. Only after we had finished eating did the staff inform us of the supposed "mistake" and demanded payment for the extra portion. Despite discussing this with the manager, the issue was not resolved satisfactorily. To further compound the situation, the restaurant later added items to our bill that we did not order, including fried rice and biriyani. This was a clear attempt to overcharge us and left us feeling suspicious and disrespected. The restaurant's response to these issues was unprofessional and lacked any genuine attempt to rectify the situation. We were made to feel as if we were lying about the initial order discrepancy. Overall, we were extremely dissatisfied with our dining experience at aibaik. The quality of the food was average, and the service was unacceptable.
