Best resort in lataguri... Hope everyone will enjoy this property. Rooms are very luxurious. Food and service is very good. One of the most recommended resort by me. Every facilities available at your doorstep. Service: 4

I recently called this hotel for a simple enquiry, but my experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager's response was shockingly rude and cold, showing a complete lack of communication skills. It was clear that they had no understanding of how to speak to potential guests in a professional or courteous manner. The tone was crude and unwelcoming—certainly not the behavior you would expect from someone in a managerial position. Given this encounter, I would not recommend this hotel. Good customer service is key to a pleasant stay, and unfortunately, this establishment falls far short in that regard. Service: 1
