I ordered through Zomato and I’m honestly shocked at the quality of the food you sent. The wings in my order were completely burnt, not slightly overcooked but literally black and inedible. I paid for proper food, not something that looks like it was forgotten in the fryer and then packed anyway. This is extremely careless and unprofessional. If your kitchen staff thought this was acceptable to send to a customer, then there’s clearly a serious problem with your quality control. I expect an immediate refund or replacement. Please address this because sending burnt food to customers is unacceptable. Food: 1 Meal type: Dinner
