One of the standout highlights of the meal was their Curried Edamame Soup—a comforting, aromatic bowl that perfectly captures the essence of Abov’s culinary philosophy. The secret lies in the spices sourced from a Sri Lankan family based in Chennai, lending a distinctive warmth and depth to the dish that lingers pleasantly on the palate. Equally impressive was the Katsu Paneer Bao, which reimagines the traditional bao by infusing matcha into the dough—an elegant touch that balances earthiness with the richness of the filling. The Paradise Mocktail, a delicate blend of tropical notes and elderflower syrup, was another delightful surprise—light, floral, and perfectly refreshing against the evening breeze.
