Hidden Gem Alert: A3 Bros, Betalbatim. Forget the tourist traps—this is where the real flavor lives. • The Food: Authentic, coastal, and customizable. Their off-menu Pork Sausages and Egg Vindaloo are 10/10. • The Vibe: Pure serenity with a side of legendary local storytelling from Alquino. • The Price: Insanely modest for the quality. If you’re in South Goa, do your tastebuds a favor and pull over here. PS. I have zero photos to show you because the food looked (and smelled) so tempting that we inhaled it before the camera even had a chance. Trust me on this one!
