Below Average. It's costly for the quantity and quality of the food you get here. This is a self service restaurant but the staff will not even bother to collect the token and always stays inside the kitchen. Few staff are not friendly! Poor service, find seat yourself because staff is busy with arguments and wait for them to clear table. Ask sambar wait for 5 mins let half dosa complete. But pay the bill in time within 5mins, this waitress has the audacity to tell have to pay bill within 5mins of bill generated, where in the world this rule exists. No manager is there to raise the issue. PS4 is best, the service they provide isn't matchless for the price. Service is always delayed , have been noticing it past few months inspite of low numbers , had ordered mini tiffin but never expected Kesari to be that worst, inspite of paying that good amount. No sweetness nor ghee. Just made out of regular oil and service person arguing it is made out of ghee. Below average taste and tomato chutney given was so sour that dint even know whether it is tamarind chutney or tomato chutney. Have to go by color of it.
