Today I ordered 3 jumbo chicken shawarmas for parcel from A-1 Bilal Hotel, Tumkur. When I opened them at home, there was no roti — only the shawarma filling. I called them immediately and sent them a video as proof. Their response was disappointing. They simply said it was a mistake by an employee and casually offered, “Next time we’ll give you one free shawarma.” I don’t want free shawarma. I have no problem paying, but I expect proper service for what I pay. No apology, no proper response — they behaved like it’s normal. This is my honest experience. If you plan to order from here, please check your parcel before leaving. Quality and service are not as expected. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. They served stale chicken that had a very bad smell. It's alarming how such establishments are compromising our health. It's even more disappointing that Zomato didn't provide any support in this matter. I am completely dissatisfied and will be reporting this issue to the food safety department."
