Very bad experience with A Cake Factory. Indeed it is the responsible of the owner to keep the premises clean but they seem to be least bothered about the health and safety aspects of the customer. The reason why I am saying this is I have experienced the worst thing a customer could expect in his food. I got spider and a bee in the burger which I ordered, and also the whole bakery is full of bees Although its a rainy season but still they should maintain cleanliness. I want to report it immediately but they hardly answered my call.. I dont recommend you all to go with cake factory.
