My mother had ordered a black forest pastry which had an extremely stale taste and was not soft at all, which clearly meant that it was an old stock. The person at the counter was hell bent on justifying the bad taste which is just cheap and unprofessional rather than just doing the right thing by refunding the money and avoid selling old stock to customers.
