The best and most flexible hotel service in Ludhiana! Due to an unforeseen issue, I had to cancel my booking at the last minute. With just one call, the staff understood my situation and canceled the reservation without any hassle or extra charges. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and highly recommend A Hotel to everyone! Service: 5

Hotels lacks a Signage of ‘A’ as per its name. The signage mentions it to be hotel ‘Grewals’ & hence it could be difficult to locate. Rooms were stinking of moisture. It was ok to stay here solo. Might not be a great property for a family stay. Service: 3

Thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate as much feedback as we can get. We are sorry you found our signage confusing. Grewalz is a very old name and is written only at the entrance. For all purposes we are known as A Hotel, a brand of luxury corporate hotels. I wish we could host you and family and give you the best time. Booked the hotel premium room through Agoda app.. payment was done .. the staff told that they don’t have any booking with them .. showed them the confirmation letter too but they didn’t agreed .. it was so disappointing they didn’t even gave us other room as nearly there rooms were fully booked and there was no rooms available in nearby hotels too .. we had to come back to or home i.e which is 4 hour drive as we didn’t had any choice left .. we got stuck in smog .. couldn’t see anything on road .. nearly escaped accident multiple times .. I requested them that I want to have a word with the manager but they didn’t agreed on that too .. OUR LIFE WAS AT RISK BECAUSE OF THEM and AGODA .. either you remove your hotel from such app , take legal action against them if they are wrong.. sort it out .. AUR someday you have to pay for this if someone on higher authorities will know about it

Good morning Ma'am, we are very sorry you had to face such inconvenience and disappointment. Our manage will call and try to explain to you the best. I am sorry we could not provide any alternative stay for you. Sometimes when we shut online bookings, the OTA's still take reservations to book their commissions. We are terribly sorry about your plight. I wish we could have helped you out better
