I ordered whole wheat tandoori roti with butter and dal tadka, but what I received was maida roti without butter and plain dal fry. When I called to report the mistake, instead of taking responsibility, the manager tried to convince me that “it looks like dal fry but it’s actually dal tadka.” What nonsense! If the restaurant can’t even differentiate between dal fry and dal tadka—or wheat and maida rotis—it shows a complete lack of honesty and quality control. I paid for something specific and received something entirely different, and then got excuses instead of an apology. Totally unacceptable and misleading to customers.
