Very disappointing experience. I had ordered a cake, but instead of a cake, the shop deliberately delivered a pastry, which is completely unacceptable. What made the situation worse was the behavior of their employee Pankaj Yadav, who was extremely rude and misbehaved while speaking to me. I was repeatedly given false commitments that the correct cake was being sent, but nothing was delivered even after multiple follow-ups. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue. Never trust 99 Cakes. This experience clearly shows a lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic customer service. We ordered the assorted box, and it was available at reasonable prices only here at 99 pancakes while others had higher rates! All flavours are good, if you like more sweet then bubblegum is for you. While the less sweeter one of all was lotus biscoff
