One person is handling the entire outlet from taking order to making the pancake and serving them. She has been making so many errors right from punching the order to baking the wrong pancake. For 3 boxes of 6 pancakes, the person has taken more than 50 min. I seriously urge the company to increase staff and hire efficient people.

The cheesecake was not fresh and also the cheese was smelling something different.pancakes were not served hot and it took a very long time for the delivery boy to deliver the order to my place.
