99 pancakes has limited sitting space although you can sit outside in the food court. We ordered Nutella mini pancakes and one chocolate waffle. Tasted fine, just a little too much sweet. The pricing is bit on the higher side. Preparation took a little much time as well. Since 99 pancakes situated in the mall, it is wheelchair accessible and it is easy to reach there.

Economical range of cakes, desserts, ice tea and cold coffee etc with the guarantee of "100% Vegetarian" with the simple fact that they even do not buy eggs... :) The desserts are fresh and handmade, they can also prepare as per your requirements.
