It is very disappointing and shameful that for the last three years I have been regularly visiting this place every weekend and Acharya uncle is well aware of this. However for the past few months after the recent change in management, the new manager’s behavior has been very unprofessional. He does not know how to speak to customers and often behaves as if he is unaware of regular patrons. Even when I am not communicating much, he tries to misuse his position. Being Acharya uncle’s son’s friend (Bibhu), and as a regular customer, I have always been treated well by the staff earlier—people like Amit, Ashu, Boblu, and Raju bhai have always served me with respect. I have never tried to change this place and have always been a loyal customer because I truly respect the owner and the co-owner (Bibhu). Unfortunately, the behavior of a few newly joined managers makes us feel like new customers and they are not even polite while seating guests. My main concern is that, as I have done for the last three years, I was planning to visit on 31st December with my colleagues, and this year I was planning to come with my fiancée. However, today I was informed through one of my references from the club that tables are not available. This was very disappointing. I am sorry, Acharya uncle, but this really upset me because I was planning to be here for safety, good vibes, and was ready to make the payment as well. Despite this, the manager neither spoke properly nor informed me clearly about the booking for 31st. This is your property, sir, and I have always respected it, but it feels unfair that because of one recently joined member, such issues are happening. Earlier, things were far better. I genuinely appreciate the way you have built the club, and 99 North has always been up to the mark. This is not a bad review—just feedback from an old and loyal customer sharing his experience. We recently visited 99 North Restaurant and tried the Murg Bagdadi Masala along with Butter Garlic Naan. The taste was absolutely top-notch — rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The gravy was thick and aromatic, perfectly balanced with spices, and came with four well-cooked pieces of chicken. The Butter Garlic Naan complemented the dish beautifully, enhancing the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving a hearty North Indian meal!
