The worst hotel in Farrukhabad. I am a corporate employee. I stayed overnight and in the morning the receptionist, after drinking, started misbehaving regarding the bill. You will have to go and get the soap yourself. Hooliganism is done in the name of hotel. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great place for delicious vegetarian food. The stay was very comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms. The owners are extremely friendly and warm—felt just like home. They also have excellent banquet options if you’re planning a party or any functions. Highly recommended if you’re visiting or passing through Farrukhabad! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Worst experience ever. The staff here, especially the arrogant lady at the counter, has no manners or professionalism. We came as a family of 20 for a special occasion, confirmed everything in advance, and still got charged ₹500 extra for using a non-reserved area. On top of that, we were insulted with baseless comments about “disturbing others.” This place is a scam when it comes to group bookings. Zero hospitality, zero respect. Stay away if you don’t want your celebration ruined.

Our restaurant is a family restaurant and we do not entertain or allow drinkers and smokers..... And if you are booking or making reservations for any of your celebrations, then you will have to pay for it. Be it catering or decoration or any other facility. If you want to come and leave without paying, then this cannot happen. Here as well as anywhere else. Now regarding payment and calculation, if you come to us and we provide you the service that you want, then we would also like that you also provide us that payment. Which is justified and not that you become selfish with us and say give us 10%, 15%, 20% concession. And as for the woman who was at the counter, she was doing her work but you were misbehaving with her in a drunken state. You did not want to make the payment and now you are blaming her to hide your mistake. And if there was so much problem with us, then in the last 4 days you have organised two celebrations at our place, but last time also you were reluctant in making the payment and this time when we asked you to make the full payment, now you had to face all these problems all of a sudden. Thank you
