Happened to try this place on Thursday evening. Ordered chicken lollipop—the pieces were so tiny they actually looked like lollipops! When I complained, the manager casually said “sometimes the size comes like that” and didn’t bother to replace them. Next, we ordered chicken fried rice—the chicken was stale and the cabbage was raw and unpleasant. Worst experience ever. Don’t waste your money here.

Recently visited 89 China Town, and the experience was quite a rollercoaster. The place has both indoor and outdoor seating options. The indoor space is quite limited, accommodating around 20 people at max, which makes it feel very cramped, especially during peak hours. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning, and despite the small size of the room, it became quite uncomfortable. We had to repeatedly ask the waiter to turn on the AC, and after being ignored initially, he finally admitted that the AC was not working at all—only after I pointed out I was sweating. Service was below average. We had to call the waiter multiple times to place our order, and it felt like a task to get attention. Once the order was placed, we waited about 20 minutes before the food arrived. Now to the saving grace — the food. It was surprisingly good and honestly made up for some of the discomfort. We ordered the Chicken Chopper Rice and Chicken Manchurian, and both dishes were flavorful, hot, and well-prepared. Overall, while the food is definitely worth trying, the ambience and service need serious improvement. If you're someone who prioritizes comfort and quick service, this might not be the best spot. But if you're willing to overlook those for a tasty meal, then give it a try — just maybe opt for takeaway instead. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
