If you want to experience fine service, you should visit this place. A lot of guests think that the dishes have adequate prices. You can pay your attention to the nice ambiance. I visited the cafe around 6:30 PM and ordered a veg cheese grilled sandwich and an aloo tikki burger. The staff informed us it would take about 15 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, after waiting for twice that time - a full 30 minutes - they finally approached us at 6:59 PM only to inform us that they were short on veggies to prepare our order.What's most upsetting is not just the long wait, but the complete lack of communication during this time. If they had inventory issues, they should have informed us much earlier. Instead, they let us wait without any updates.
To make matters worse, when we expressed our disappointment, the staff showed no apology for wasting our time. As a pure vegetarian cafe, one would expect them to at least have sufficient vegetable ingredients, especially during evening hours. This level of mismanagement and disregard for customers' time is unacceptable.
I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or a pleasant dining experience. 7th Heaven Cafe needs to seriously reconsider their inventory management and, more importantly, their customer service approach.
